Our
Literally Fit (aka litfit) was started by two BFFs from Australia with one simple goal: to get literally fit. The phrase “literally” became their running joke, and it turned into more than just a word. It became a lifestyle. Their idea was to create a brand that empowers women to feel strong, confident, and most importantly, laugh along the way. After all, fitness should be fun, right?

Our
Our vision is simple, to give women the tools to feel amazing, inside and out, by creating high-quality and stylish fitness gear. Literally Fit is about more than just looking good, it’s about building a community where you can show up, get fit, and feel confident in your own skin, literally!
The Beginning
It all started during a gym session in Sydney. Two BFFs, always pushing each other to be, you guessed it, literally fit. As we grinded through tough workouts, we realised something: there was no brand out there that embodied the fun side of fitness. And that’s when the lightbulb moment hit.
The Spark
Armed with nothing but a shared sense of humour and a passion for fitness, we decided to build Literally Fit. The vision? To create a line of women’s activewear that was as empowering as it was fun. Whether you’re doing squats, running a marathon, or just lounging, we want you to feel your best, literally.
The Purpose
We didn’t just want to sell activewear, we wanted to start a movement. A movement that said fitness isn’t about being perfect – it’s about showing up, putting in the work, and doing it with a smile. So, here we are – literally making that dream a reality.
